Shipping Info

International and European Orders - Please read before purchasing:

  • Any VAT tax for European countries will have to be paid on the arrival of your package in the country as I do not charge VAT tax on orders
  • Import fees, customs, duties or taxes occur they are your responsibility to pay and are more likely to occur with international orders
  • International deliveries will be slower due to COVID, customs and USPS services so please account for this delay when placing an international order.

All orders will be emailed their tracking information when the package has been shipped. It is your responsibility to keep track of the shipment and any issues that may arise.

How do I track my package?: ChitChats is the shipping provider I use to ship out my packages - use ChitChats tracking as the preferred method of tracking to get the latest most up to date updates. https://chitchats.com/tracking

Do you have more information on the location of my package?: After a package is sent out it is out of my control. I have the same information on the whereabouts of your package as you and am unable to provide more specifics on timing. Please check ChitChats tracking first then either: Canada Post (Canadian orders), USPS (American orders), Ascendia (International orders) with your tracking number for all tracking info. 

Can you change my address?: If your address is incorrect I will no longer be able to change your address, I will have to cancel and refund your order. Please always make sure to double check your address before checking out.

Can you combine my shipping?: I am no longer able to combine orders due to the rising volume of orders I am receiving and the cost of shipping being higher due to the weight of the orders being combined.

My package has shipped but the tracking information hasn't updated yet?: All packages are picked up by courier before being dropped off at the shipping providers facility. The courier service can take 24-48 hours before being dropped off at the facility and do not operate on weekends. As well, Canadian postal services and couriers do not operate on Canadian/Ontario holidays. This can cause a bit of a delay with the tracking being updated so please be patient.

My order has shipped but I sent it to the wrong address, what do I do?: Call your local post office to try to intercept the package before it is sent out. Or ask your local post office to hold onto the package for pickup instead of sending it out. Please check the shipment tracking page for more information on ways to reroute your package.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?: Sometimes you are able to redeliver your package through USPS if a package has been returned to sender. Please always check the tracking page to see if this is an option for you or call your local post office for the best way to get your package redelivered.

Shipping & Processing time:

  • Orders will require a minimum of 2 weeks processing time before shipment. Shipments can sometimes take up to 4 weeks or more depending on order volume.
  • Shipping within the U.S and Canada normally takes 1-2 weeks but can sometimes take up to 15 business days. This is an estimate and not a guarantee.
  • Please note, that we are not responsible for shipping delays.
  • If import fees, customs, duties or taxes occur they are your responsibility to pay.

  • I ship from Toronto, Canada which means all order must go through customs before being passed off to USPS. If tracking does not show up with USPS tracking please check ChitChats tracking to see the location 
  • ChitChats is the shipping provider I use to ship out my packages - use ChitChats tracking as the preferred method of tracking
  • After a package has been handed off to a carrier I have no control over the package, its location, the time it takes, etc.

Lettermail Shipping Option:

Free lettermail shipping is now an option for any eligible packages within Canada. At checkout the option will be available to you if applicable. Products that can be sent by lettermail are: cowboy hat headset attachment, stickers, mouse pads.

If you would prefer to have your package tracked instead of sent by lettermail please make sure to choose the tracked option at checkout. All standard postage will be tracked.
