Shop Status & Updates

Please be sure to check the location of your package through the ChitChats tracking page (https://chitchats.com/tracking). Check the link at the bottom of the tracking page for the postal service your package is being handed off to. Once shipped the package is your responsibility to keep track of. There is unfortunately nothing I can do about lost or stolen packages that have been successfully delivered. Be sure to call or visit your local post office ASAP for any issues regarding delivery problems. Check the FAQ page for more details.

Holiday Shop Update: The shop will be closing for the holidays Dec 11th at Midnight. For the best chance at receiving your order in time for X-mas please place your order by or before Dec 3rd.

Shop Re-Opening: The shop will be re-opening Dec 26th for a Boxing Day & End of Year sale! The sale will run from Dec 26 - Jan 1, ending Jan 1st at Midnight.

Current Processing Times: The current order processing time is 1-3 weeks. Processing times are not guaranteed and can be from 1-4 weeks. We try to get all orders out ASAP but sometimes delays happen. Processing times DO NOT include the shipping/delivery time.

If you have messaged overnight or on the weekend I will be sure to get back to you as soon as I can within shop hours

Shop Notices: Orders shipping to the United States are experiencing customs check delays. Packages will look to be sitting in one spot for 5-12 business days. Please read through the American Orders & Customs section below for more information and before reaching out.

Product Restocks: Apparel sizes currently not available will not be restocking and are set to be retired once sold out.

Shipping Time: After an order has reached the postal facility North American orders typically take 5-7 business days to arrive but can sometimes take up to 15 business days. International orders take 1-2 months to arrive. Please note that we have a courier pick up our packages to bring to the postal facility. This can sometimes cause a delay in reaching the postal facility for orders sent out near weekends or Canadian holidays.

American Orders & Customs: We are a Canadian based shop, which means all packages going to the USA will have to go through a border customs check. Customs checks can take anywhere from 3-10 business days. If your package looks to be in one spot for a long time it is most likely going through its customs check and will be back enroute within a couple days. An easy way to tell if your package is in customs is you will see the package in the United States through USPS tracking but it will say "USPS awaiting item". This is normal and means your package will be moving shortly.

International Customs: We are a Canadian based shop, which means all packages shipping internationally will have to go through a border customs check. For orders shipping to Australia, New Zealand or the UK customs checks can take anywhere from 10-20 business days. If your package looks to be in one spot for a long time after receiving tracking information it is most likely going through its customs check and will be back enroute after completion. 

Updating/Changing Address: Unfortunately I can no longer change or update an address after an order has been placed. If you need to change an address your order must be cancelled/refunded and then placed again. 

Lost Packages: A package can only be considered lost by the postal system if it has had no updates and has been in one location for over 18 business days. If you package has been at a shipping facility for 5-10 business days it is going through its customs check.
