The Black Friday sale starts Nov 20th at 9am EST and goes until Nov 27th at Midnight! To celebrate the Cloud Deskmats will be restocking along with Drink Stats Coasters and new stickers releasing Nov 20th at 9am EST to kick off the sale. Discounted limited time bundles will be available from Black Friday to Cyber Monday.

✨My Update: Packing sale orders! I will be slower to respond to emails and questions. The processing time for orders is still 1-2 weeks but may increase due to large influx of orders. I am sending out batches of orders weekly but due to the amount of current open orders your order is not guaranteed to be sent out within the week.

✨Pre-Order Update: The cloud deskmats pre-orders have been shipped! If you placed a pre order then you should have received an email update with your tracking number. All pre orders are out and will see movement in tracking.
✨Holiday Order Info: To get your order before Christmas please order before Dec 8th. The shop will be closing Dec 15th for the holidays. Toronto local pickup orders will be available until Dec 22nd. Due to holiday shipping delays we cannot provide a guarantee that any orders placed after Dec 4th will arrive before Christmas. There are no guarantees for international orders (outside of North America) to arrive before Christmas.
✨New Releases: Drink Stats Coasters will be releasing and Cloud Deskmats are restocking Monday November 20th at 9am EST! A new cloud deskmat colour will be released along with the restock of the cloud deskmats.
✨Product Restocks: The cloud deskmats will be restocking November 20th at 9am EST. Coffee Stat T-shirts and the Coffee Stat Crews (in maroon & cream) will be restocking at the end of November. Sign up for our email list to be notified of restocks!
✨Current Processing Times: The current order processing time is 1-2 weeks. Processing times are not guaranteed and can be from 1-4 weeks. We try to get all orders out ASAP but sometimes delays happen.
✨Shipping Time: After an order has reached the postal facility North American orders typically take 5-7 business days to arrive but can sometimes take up to 15 business days. International orders take 1-2 months to arrive. Please note that we have a courier pick up our packages to bring to the postal facility. This can sometimes cause a delay in reaching the postal facility for orders sent out near weekends or Canadian holidays.
✨Expedited Shipping Option: An expedited shipping option will be available for North American orders starting mid November. Orders placed with expedited shipping are guaranteed to be delivered within 3-5 business days after reaching the postal facility. This option must be chosen at checkout.
✨American Customs: We are a Canadian based shop, which means all packages going to the USA will have to go through a border customs check. Customs checks can take anywhere from 3-10 business days. If your package looks to be in one spot for a long time it is most likely going through its customs check and will be back enroute within a couple days. An easy way to tell if your package is in customs is you will see the package in the United States through USPS tracking but it will say "USPS awaiting item". This is normal and means your package will be moving shortly.
✨International Customs: We are a Canadian based shop, which means all packages shipping internationally will have to go through a border customs check. For orders shipping to Australia, New Zealand or the UK customs checks can take anywhere from 10-20 business days. If your package looks to be in one spot for a long time after receiving tracking information it is most likely going through its customs check and will be back enroute after completion.
