Print on demand (POD) items are made-to-order, allowing the shop to carry a variety of designs, colours options, and products more sustainably. With POD products we can focus on creating, without contributing to over consumption with excess physical stock that may never be sold. 

Important POD Order Information:
• POD orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours, if you would like to cancel a POD order please reach out immediately via email or shop chat
• POD orders have their own shipping fee, this shipping cost is separate from the shipping fee for items purchased in the official shop 
• POD products ship separately from items ordered in the regular shop
• Processing time for POD products can take from 5-10 business days
• All POD products are made in Canada so USA orders may be subject to the current Canadian tariffs rate upon the arrival of your package - any duties or tariffs are the customers responsibility to pay
