✨Shop Notices: Unfortunately, ChaoticCrafts is no longer my full time job. Due to this, order processing times have increased and there will be longer delays when replying to emails/messages.
✨Current Processing Times: The current order processing time is from 2-4 weeks. Processing times are not guaranteed but can be from 1-4 weeks. We try to get all orders out ASAP but sometimes delays happen. Processing times DO NOT include the shipping/delivery time.
✨No More Restocks: Unfortunately, due to everything affecting small businesses this year I had to make the hard decision that there will be no more new physical product releases or restocks of current products. Whatever is currently available in the shop will not be coming back once its sold out. Don't fret, most products were recently restocked with lots still available! Items low in stock will have a⚠️🚨low stock notice in the product description.

🇨🇦 Canada Shipping Updates 🇨🇦
✨Canada Post Strike: Canada Post is on strike. Please expect increased shipping times for Canadian shipments, especially those being shipped to rural areas. We are using alternate providers during this time but please keep in mind that your order could be cancelled if shipping is unavailable for your region.
The shop will remain open after the sale with some shipping exceptions due to the Canada Post strike. These Canada Post shipping exemptions will apply during and after the sale.
✨Canada Post Strike Shipping Exemptions:
- P.O boxes cannot be shipped to,
- Some rural towns cannot be shipped to > If you have RR or LCD in your address it guaranteed cannot be shipped to during this time
- Orders going to Newfoundland, the North West Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon are less likely to have shipping availability. Rural towns in these provinces/territories will not have shipping available during this time.
If any of these apply to an order placed during the strike and I cannot ship an order out due to this then it will be cancelled and refunded. Any orders that need to be cancelled during the sale due to the Canada Post strike will receive a discount coupon to use at a later time
🇺🇸 USA Shipping Updates 🇺🇸
✨USA Shipping Available from Oct 10-20: Unfortunately, with constantly changing custom regulations and tariffs I cannot keep up with the work required to ship out USA bound orders.
✨USA Shipping - Tariff Update: Non-POD orders being shipped to the USA include a 30-35% tariff fee already paid in the price of shipping. With 'Paid Tariff Postage' you will not be charged any tariff or duties fee upon the arrival of your package as you have already paid them through the pre-paid duties postage. This postage is standard postage + tariff fees, the high cost is due to USA tariffs and does not mean the postage is expedited shipping. USA orders will still be subject to shipping delays due to USA customs restrictions and tariffs.
✨Delays with USA Shipments: With constant tariff changes and stricter customs regulations there have been an increase in delays with packages being shipped to the USA. Please keep this in mind when purchasing an order from the USA:
- Increased Shipping Time: Due to rules frequently changing I cannot guarantee shipment times. As of now packages being delivered to the USA are taking from 3-6 weeks to arrive. Please expect increased shipping times and be sure to watch your tracking for any updates or issues.
- Package Not Moving: If your package looks to be in one spot for a long time it is most likely going through its customs check and will be back enroute within 5-12 business days. An easy way to tell if your package is in customs is you will see the package in the United States through USPS tracking but it will say "USPS awaiting item". This is normal and means your package will be moving shortly.
- Weird Package Locations: Before entering customs your package may appear to be in the Netherlands. This is just for logistics purposes and your package is not actually in the Netherlands. Due to packages being turned away at the Canadian border without explanation, postal services are bringing packages to international entry locations to ensure they pass through customs without issue. To go through the international port the tracking has to show an international location which is why it is listed as the Netherlands.
✨Why are you closing shipping to the USA?: After the Canadian Black Monday sale ends, USA shipping on non-POD products will be suspended due to the constant increase in customs regulations, limited postal service availability, increased tariffs and lack of infrastructure to properly enact these changes. Due to these changes and incredibly strict restrictions, packing and shipping out USA orders takes double the amount of time. Unfortunately, I cannot keep up with the work required to ship out USA bound orders so I will have limited periods when I can re-open USA shipping.
As well, businesses cannot have more than $800 worth of orders pass through USA customs at a time. Even if orders are shipped out at different times and happen to be at customs at the same time they can be denied entry and sent back.
TLDR; There has been too many issues with USA bound packages and it has become too expensive and time consuming for me and my customers to ship to the USA. So I have made the hard decision to close USA shipping for the time being. I will re-open USA shipping for brief periods when I am able.

✨Shipping Time: After an order has reached the postal facility North American orders typically take 7-10 business days to arrive but can sometimes take up to 15-20 business days. International orders take 1-2 months to arrive. Please note that we have a courier pick up our packages to bring to the postal facility. This can sometimes cause a delay in reaching the postal facility for orders sent out near weekends or Canadian holidays.
✨International Customs: We are a Canadian based shop, which means all packages shipping internationally will have to go through a border customs check. For orders shipping to Australia, New Zealand or the UK customs checks can take anywhere from 10-20 business days. If your package looks to be in one spot for a long time after receiving tracking information it is most likely going through its customs check and will be back enroute after completion.
✨Updating/Changing Address: Unfortunately I can no longer change or update an address after an order has been placed. If you need to change an address your order must be cancelled/refunded and then placed again.
✨Lost Packages: A package can only be considered lost by the postal system if it has had no updates and has been in one location for over 18 business days. If you package has been at a shipping facility for 5-12 business days it is going through its customs check.
✨Stolen Packages: Once shipped, your package is your responsibility to keep track of. There is unfortunately nothing I can do about lost or stolen packages that have been successfully delivered. Be sure to call or visit your local post office ASAP for any issues regarding delivery problems. Check the FAQ page for more details.
